Red G

Red GRed G, a native of Florida was born to entertain. She had her acting debut in elementary school plays and sang as a member of the school's chorus. By Jr. High School, she had become a member of the concert band and realized she had a love for music. Red G began dropping lyrics in the girls' bathroom, between classes, while someone pounded beats on the hand dryers. Then, by the time she got to High School, she was an accomplished concert clarinetist and well on her way to establishing herself as a runway model. Red G has performed in several local area bands as an instrumentalist, vocalist as well as lyricist. Red G has performed during half time at Tampa Bay Stadium while a member of her High School's marching band. While attaining a business degree at FAMU, Red G organized several community events. Red G's modeling credits include an audition in Chicago for Johnson's Publications' Ebony Fashion Fair as well as numerous fashion shows and music videos She was also a featured extra in the movie Waterboy and has appeared in local area videos. However, her music is her first love.

 

Red G 2Red G's tracks are played in local nightclubs, radio stations, and international websites. She has performed throughout the East Coast from NY, to North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida where she calls home. Red G was a co-host, and performer on a television production in NY, featuring emerging artists.

Red G has also been featured at the Bronner Brothers Hair Show and was most recently a regular featured artist at Soulful Blend, a weekly venue blending comedy, poetry, reggae, neo soul, and r&b with nationally known instrumentalists performing to her own brand of hip-hop--neo rap. Her blend of various music styles, and lyrics that flow like Neo Soul, along with her fashion model flare, make her a true renaissance woman. Korene

Korene 1Korene, was born and raised in Miami, Florida to Jamaican immigrants. This songstress has the best of both worlds, the influence of American and Jamaican culture. Korene's love for her music began with her mother's late night parties filled with sounds of reggae and rhythm and blues. She also had the benefit of her father being the first Jamaican in Miami to own a reggae music store.

Korene was immersed in music and began singing in her middle school's chorus where she discovered her love for performing. She took advantage of every opportunity, performing at school plays or local contests. She has also done a stint of runway modeling.She has performed through out the southeast at Dance Halls and Reggae Clubs fusing R&B with infectious Reggae beats.

Korene's versatility has led her to several collaborations with hip-hop artists as well. Her background is as rich as the lyrics she writes for all of her songs. Korene's phenomenal vocal ability compares only to her sexy charisma.
